Grief is unique to every individual. During this time of grief, you may find your roles and routines changing.
Hospice of Wichita Falls is available to assist you on your journey of grief. We offer a variety of bereavement services to families, caregivers, and community members at no cost. Our support team consists of Social Workers, Licensed Professional Counselors, Chaplains, and Bereavement staff.
Counseling – Individual and Family counseling is available by our Licensed Professional Counselors.
Written Resources – A variety of pamphlets are available free of charge. A lending library is also available for you to check out a book that can assist you on your grief journey.
Time of Remembrance Services provide families with an opportunity to remember their loved one. All events will be at 6:30 pm.

Coping with Grief – 4 Week Grief Support Group Sessions These sessions focus on education and cover topics such as managing new roles in the household, taking care of yourself, as well as other grief related issues.

Wednesday Noon Zoom Group takes place every Wednesday from 12:00 Noon to 1:00 pm via Zoom. We welcome you to attend and learn from others who are also coping with a similar loss. If you would like to join our group please contact Jessica Morris at 940-691-0982, ext. 8668.
Wings of Hope is a support group for grieving parents and grandparents. This group meets the 1st Thursday of every month from 5:30-6:30 pm in the Hospice of Wichita Falls Homecare Administration Wing. **Space is limited due to COVID-19 precautions, please RSVP. Children’s Grief Programs
Building Bridges is a support service for children and teens. This program is offered twice a year for those in kindergarten through 12th grade. Each session is a one night a week meeting for a duration of six weeks. Building Bridges offers emotional support to grieving children, teens and their families who have experienced loss through death of someone significant in their lives.
Camp Grin Again is offered each summer to children ages from pre-kindergarten through 8th grade. It is a day camp where children are encouraged to express their feelings and share their experience in a safe environment. In both of these programs, children will participate in activities to help them grow and develop life-long coping skills.
