Hospice of Wichita Falls is the first and only community-based nonprofit hospice in Western North Texas, serving the area since 1985. Hospice of Wichita Falls offers comprehensive care, including physical and medical support, for patients of all ages with life-threatening illnesses, as well as emotional and spiritual support for patients and their families. Our priority has always been, and will continue to be, the health of our patients and their families.

Hospice of Wichita Falls serves all or part of the following 12 Texas counties: Archer, Baylor, Clay, Foard, Hardeman, Haskell, Jack, Knox, Montague, Wichita, Wilbarger and Young. Services are provided in patients’ homes, assisted living facilities, contracted nursing facilities, hospitals, and our new Inpatient Care Center.
