DESCRIPTION:Building Bridges is a free grief support program for children\, teens\, and their caregivers who have experienced the death of a significant person in their lives. Through shared stories\, creative activities\, connection\, and compassionate support\, Building Bridges helps children and teens learn healthy ways to navigate grief while providing caregivers with tools to foster a supportive and nurturing environment at home.This time’s theme: Game On!\, uses the spirit of sports to remind children and families that just as every game is played better with a team\, grief is a journey no one should have to face alone.Building Bridges is offered at no cost to families grieving any type of loss and participation is not limited to those connected to hospice services. \nClick here to register:
